A delicious and refreshing smoothie for fall, or anytime of the year!

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 frozen apples cored
  • 3 large dates or to taste
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp rolled or quick oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
