Golden Milk Mix

Golden Milk Mix

You can make glorious anti-inflammatory Golden Milk even quicker by creating a make ahead mix! Blend these spices together and use 1 tsp per 1 1/2 cups milk! Each batch is 32 servings.

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup organic turmeric powder

4 tsps organic ginger powder

4 tsps organic cinnamon

1 tsp organic black pepper

 

Mix all of these ingredients and store in an airtight container. You can play around with the recipe and add other spices like cardamon or cayenne.

 

Golden Milk:

  1. In a small pot, whisk together 1 1/2 cups your favourite non-dairy milk, 1 tsp Golden Milk Mix and 1 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste).
  2. Bring to a gentle boil, then pour into a mug and top with additional cinnamon. Enjoy!
