You can make glorious anti-inflammatory Golden Milk even quicker by creating a make ahead mix! Blend these spices together and use 1 tsp per 1 1/2 cups milk! Each batch is 32 servings.
1/2 cup organic turmeric powder
4 tsps organic ginger powder
4 tsps organic cinnamon
1 tsp organic black pepper
Mix all of these ingredients and store in an airtight container. You can play around with the recipe and add other spices like cardamon or cayenne.
- In a small pot, whisk together 1 1/2 cups your favourite non-dairy milk, 1 tsp Golden Milk Mix and 1 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste).
- Bring to a gentle boil, then pour into a mug and top with additional cinnamon. Enjoy!
