Lemon Blueberry Iced Tea

Ingredients:
- 2 litres pure filtered water
- 3 organic black tea bags
- 1 large lemon
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup
- frozen blueberries
Directions:
- Boil 1 litre of water.
- Place the tea bags in a large glass pitcher. Pour the boiled water over the tea bags and let steep for at least 30 minutes.
- Add 1 litre of cold water.
- Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the pitcher. Cut the other lemon half into thin slices and add them to the pitcher.
- Add maple syrup and stir.
- Chill the tea in the fridge.
- When ready to serve, add desired amount of frozen blueberries into a glass and pour the tea. Serve and enjoy!
