Lemon Blueberry Iced Tea

Lemon Blueberry Iced Tea


  • 2 litres pure filtered water
  • 3 organic black tea bags
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • frozen blueberries



  1. Boil 1 litre of water.
  2. Place the tea bags in a large glass pitcher. Pour the boiled water over the tea bags and let steep for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Add 1 litre of cold water.
  4. Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the pitcher. Cut the other lemon half into thin slices and add them to the pitcher.
  5. Add maple syrup and stir.
  6. Chill the tea in the fridge.
  7. When ready to serve, add desired amount of frozen blueberries into a glass and pour the tea. Serve and enjoy!
