Vegan Iced Matcha Latte

A vegan iced matcha latte is my favourite way to enjoy matcha tea! I love the flavour and it’s perfect on a hot summer day. You can do this exact same recipe but make it hot for a hot latte!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened (or other non-dairy milk)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp maple syrup (or to taste)

Directions:

  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients for a few seconds until combined. You can even use a whisk and whisk vigorously in a bowl or jar until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Adjust sweetness to taste. Serve over ice and enjoy!
