Pumpkin Spice Maca Latte

Maca powder is an amazing alternative to coffee. Maca gives you energy by supporting your adrenal glands, and it’s caffeine free. So it doesn’t give you the spike and crash that coffee would give. It’s also amazing for hormonal health!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1.5 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp all spice
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

 

Directions:

1. In a small pot, whisk together all the ingredients and bring to a gentle boil.

2. Once gently boiling, reduce heat to low and heat for 1-2 minutes, until heated through.

3. Pour into a mug and sprinkle additional cinnamon on top if desired. Serve and enjoy!
