Dairy Free Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or brazil nuts work great)
- 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 medium garlic cloves
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Pulse all ingredients in food processor until well combined.
- Store in the fridge in a sealed container. Sprinkle on pasta, salads, soups, and more!
