Dairy Free Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or brazil nuts work great)
  • 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 medium garlic cloves
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Pulse all ingredients in food processor until well combined.
  2. Store in the fridge in a sealed container. Sprinkle on pasta, salads, soups, and more!
