Chipotle Hot Sauce

Chipotle Hot Sauce

This hot sauce recipe isn’t too spicy but is packed with the delicious smoky flavour of chipotle peppers.


5 dry chipotle peppers

1/2 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp organic ketchup

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

2.5 cups water

1/2 tsp salt



  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiled, turn the heat down to low and simmer for 1 hour.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth. Serve and enjoy 🙂
